Don Morrison showed me new ways of viewing our operations and connecting them to our financial results in the MBA-4-Entrepreneurs program.
We then had him conduct the Customer Advisory Board and the Strategic Planning Day for our management team. A new Mission Statement defining what we do was derived from the feedback from the Customer Advisory Board.
Both events gave us a new perspective on how we create value for our customers-and prosperity for ourselves.
