As you get started with The Profit Process^TM, you may find it beneficial to join a phone support group; "A Profit Process Circle."  A Profit Process Circle is a group of small business owners who meet twice monthly on a telephone conference call with Don Morrison as a mentor experienced in the The Profit Process ^TM.  The main benefit will come from listening to others engaged in the same process as you-meeting the same challenges and solving them that you are.  The mentor or coach's role is simply to facilitate the conversation. 

You see, The Profit Process^TM is an opportunity to develop your mind and your awareness of yourself as well as developing your business. It is not just about learning tricks and techniques.  In fact it has been my observation that those who develop their inner awareness have a much easier time developing a successful business. 

When you develop new mental perspectives and an understanding of the workings of your own mind, the task of developing a successful business moves along quickly.  Finding the mindset that supports your business development is part of The Profit Process^TM.

It is important to understand where we started in life. There is an arc of energy and creativity that starts with our ancestors and parents, accompanies us as we enter this life as babies, carries us through childhood, and through the various stages of adulthood as we manifest our destiny and then carries us gently back to the ancestors when our life purpose has been accomplished.

First comes childhood and youth and the preparation for the tasks ahead.

Next are your dreams and the remembering of your purpose as you enter adulthood.  But seeing or remembering you destiny is not enough. 

You must discover for yourself the pathway by which your life work unfolds and the discovery of your own powers for "manifesting" your dream.  You must learn to enter into partnership with your own mental and spiritual powers and the ways those powers get leveraged and multiplied

This may take a short or a long time depending on the recognition of your potential by your early care givers.  If your caregivers were lost and disconnected themselves, they will not have had the insights to have gotten you started on your path, in which case you must find it for yourself.

If this is the case, in the beginning it may be beneficial to apprentice yourself to a teacher or knowledgeable guide. You may draw strength from saints and heroes that have left a written record.  But as you acquire the skills and wisdom of your own inner guides, these teachers will recede in importance. 

Once the arc of the energy of your life is firmly your own, you will find others who are also on the path of manifesting their life's work or purpose.  Having the support and companionship of a community of kindred seekers is a big assist in discovering and furthering your own life's work. Watching others manifest their destiny gives you the inspiration and energy to stay focused on your own journey.

Working alone, we get distracted and dissipate our energy.  The Sufi poet, Jalaluddin Rumi says that it is easier to drive a group of donkeys across a desert than to drive a single donkey.  We humans are essentially social and while periods of solitude are beneficial, we draw strength and energy from a community of like-minded souls.

The Profit Process Circles are a way to guarantee that you are constantly engaged and encouraged by others on the same path that you are on.  There is the added benefit of being accountable to others in the circle for what you said you would do.  You get together twice a month on a conference call with your mentor or coach.  In between calls you will be in contact with other in the group.  For each meeting there is an agenda and a format that ensures that time is well spent.

The main benefit will come from listening to others engaged in the same processes-and using the same language-that you are.  There is richness in these circles because you are all engaged in different businesses in different parts of the country.
